CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You are permitted to cancel an order 7 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the hire commencement date, there will be no refund as we will have lost the opportunity for it to be rehired. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Items in your order, we may cancel your order or part of your order. If we need to cancel your order, we will refund any money you have paid for the item. We will contact you if this is relevant. You will not be entitled to claim any compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, because of a cancellation.
